Suzhou Huacheng Technology mainly researches, develops, produces and sells rectifier diodes in semiconductor products. Rectifier diodes play the role of rectification and conduction on circuit boards. Huacheng Technology was first established in Suzhou in May 2001. Currently, its factory has been relocated to No. 1, Huawei Road, Fenghou Industrial Zone, Yihuang County Industrial Park, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province. The registered capital is 8.83 million yuan, covering an area of 48 mu, with a factory building area of 6,409.4 square meters and an office building area of 720 square meters.

The diodes produced by the company are widely used in consumer small household appliances (refrigerators, televisions, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, razors, etc.), lighting (LED lights, ballast lights), power tools, automotive air conditioning systems, solar photovoltaic junction boxes, communication equipment (routers, modems), and other fields.
